"The final line up of unbeaten dogs was a credit to the breed and worth seeing. The entry was very good, with few absentees. The dogs were generally well presented, and movement in the winning dogs was very good. Eyes were nice and dark, but sometimes the dentition was poor, teeth having dropped in the front of some mouths." Mr. Roy E. Meakin |

"I was delighted with the Newfoundland Club invitation to judge the 35th Newfy Championship Show on the 16th October. It was brilliantly organised and I was so kindly received by everyone and particularly by the president Mrs Cooper and The Newfoundland Club Committee and last but not the least my friend Gary Coldwell. |
